spelled 0.67 kg of flour, the mill purchased directly from the miller (1,80 zł / kg) - this amount is needed for 1 kg of bread
1.20 zł
three level teaspoons of salt (about 7 g - 1,50 zł / kg)
0.02 zł
water (including the bread and washing, counted from the hill in 4 l - 7.05 zł/1000 l)
0.03 zł
current with real measurements from the meter (electric oven, 200 ° C, 1 h 15 min. roasts + 15 min. heating, 0.62 zł / kWh) 1.21 zł
about 10 minutes working on the dough mixing and setting
SUM 2.46 zł. ..
... or more than 10 times cheaper than in store!
PS. Photo from today's baking:) I usually go it's still cheaper, because I bake more - The strange weight of 0.67 kg is just to match the target weight for comparison with the bread shop floor. Usually I give 1-1.5 kg of flour at a time, and the cooking time is virtually the same.
