Domestic bread - expensive or cheap?

to publish this entry inspired me to know that the store near us orkiszowy rye bread costs ... beware, do not pospadajcie of seats - 30 zł per kg! Some believe that it does not pay to bake bread at home that overlooks the road. Naturally if someone buys a blown toasted bread in the supermarket, This homemade bread comes out a bit more. But I do not mean the bread which we are paying mainly for air. Homemade sourdough bread, it gets very easy and always comes out. It is heavy and nutritious, and above all tasty. They also probably healthy:) And the price? Out of curiosity, I counted, less than the whole truth about wholemeal bread. The costs relate to bread 1 kg, with no additives.

... or more than 10 times cheaper than in store!

PS. Photo from today's baking:) I usually go it's still cheaper, because I bake more - The strange weight of 0.67 kg is just to match the target weight for comparison with the bread shop floor. Usually I give 1-1.5 kg of flour at a time, and the cooking time is virtually the same.
