Myammee Bouncing On Trampoline

risotto with broad beans and chanterelles


Ingredients:

• Rice • Beans •
previously cooked mushrooms fried with onion
• More Onion Garlic

• • Thyme, pepper, broth


first Fry onions & spices.
second Add rice, stir-fry briefly, Pour water or broth.
third At the end of cooking, add the beans and mushrooms.


are holiday and total lack of time bothers me. I cook on the stove mainly tourism. Walking, walk, ride from north to south. Wonderfully!
