Vegan soup tart with rhubarb

I'm a huge fan of
seasonal food. So, Fallen into a frenzy of rhubarb!



Ingredients:
• 70 g veg margarine
• Approximately 120 g of flour (you can substitute some wholemeal)
• Cold water • Salt

• ¼ cup granulated sugar • 4 stalks
