Kofta in tomato sauce

Once in the car, and down again, sometimes in the car.

I have less time, less sleep, I eat enough. I can see how everything evolves, how I change. I believe it could be even better. I experience your four youth.

It is no secret that I love Indian cuisine. A feast of colors, variety of flavors, spices. A miracle! My version

Kofta:

Ingredients:
• ½ medium cauliflower
• 5 medium potatoes
• 4 tablespoons soy flour
• A handful of parsley
• Soy sauce •
garam masala, cumin, ground fenugreek, ground black cumin
• Oil for frying


first Boil the cauliflower and potatoes in salted water.
second Crushed boiled cauliflower and ziemniory (important not to make them mashed.)
third Add the remaining ingredients. Thoroughly combine. We form balls and fry in hot, deep fat enough.


Tomato sauce:

Ingredients:
• Garlic (3-4 cloves)
• Kumin, garam masala, cayenne pepper, salt, ginger powder, sambal
• tin of tomatoes (fresh tomatoes in season)
• • lemon oil


first In hot oil, chopped garlic thrown. Then the spices. Moments fry.
second Add the tomatoes. Reduce the sauce boil about 7-10 minutes.
third At the end, add a little lemon juice.
